A few facts about me...

 My childhood and youth :

• Poland in the 1970s: Growing up behind the Iron Curtain, I learned resilience and the importance of appreciating small joys and the support of others
• Sweden in my early teens: Moving to Stockholm, I attended the German school, picked up Swedish (and yes, I still have a soft spot for IKEA!), and embraced the Scandinavian way of life.
• Singapore at 14: A big culture shock! Yet, over time, we acclimatized to the tropical heat, fell in love with the local cuisine, and thrived in a vibrant international & local community 
• Germany in my 20s - for Hotel management & Tourism studies
• The UK for university : A new chapter of independence, discovery, and growth.
• Since 2004 in Belgium: A place I now call home, rich in history, culture, and connection. I worked in Human resources and organizational development. 

Thanks to my dad, a journalist, I had the privilege of attending German schools, learn multiple languages, and developing a deep appreciation for people from diverse backgrounds. Living this way shaped my mindset, teaching me to be open, respectful, and curious about the world.
 
 Each move brought challenges but also unforgettable memories and
 life lessons that made me who I am today.  I’m filled with gratitude for all the
​ people I’ve met, the adventures I’ve lived, and the perspectives it’s given me.

A Journey of Transformation and Joy

I’m deeply passionate about helping others navigate personal transitions in love and relationships, but my interests and work extend beyond emotional transformation. 

Healthy living is also at the heart of what I do. My commitment to holistic wellness has led me to pursue specialized training as an AromaTouch™ and Symphony of the Cells  ™ therapist. This allows me to work with high-quality, ethically sourced essential oils from doTerra, tapping into their incredible healing properties.  

I find joy in life’s simple pleasures— a walk in the forest, green Sencha or Jasmin tea, a good book, strolling on antique markets or meditation, as well as a deep appreciation for good books, fabrics, fashion (upcycling, sustainable) , crystals and jewellery, ethnic handicrafts.

Dancing is where I truly express myself; whether it’s the connection of Tango, the freedom of Ecstatic dance, it brings me immense joy and allows me to process and embody emotions.

​I stay fit and balanced with yoga, having explored a variety of styles including Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Kundalini. Yoga keeps me grounded and healthy, providing both strength and serenity.
