My journey as a Love & Divorce Coach began from a place of deep personal struggle. After experiencing my own separation as an expat in Belgium, I felt lost, overwhelmed, and consumed by grief. I longed for guidance and a path to healing, but didn’t know where to turn. That changed when I discovered the transformative power of the "Conscious Uncoupling" program. It opened my eyes to how little we, as individuals and as a society, truly understand about nurturing relationships. I realized how this lack of awareness contributes to unnecessary suffering and even lasting emotional trauma. Now, I’m dedicated to helping other international professionals - including expats and/or their partners gain clarity, find peace, and embrace new beginnings with strength and confidence. A few facts about me...I am German and was brought up in Poland, Sweden and Singapore, studied in Germany and UK and today I reside in Belgium. I know what it's like to live as an expat and to rebuild a life and community every few years.
I love strolling through flea markets, finding trinkets that carry a piece of history, symbolism and soul. I have several beautiful indigenous artefacts that I collected throughout my travels around the globe and I'm a lover of Asian design and culture in particular. |

I’m driven by a desire to contribute to initiatives that promote both health and environmental sustainability. One of the causes I proudly support is TreeSisters.com, an organization dedicated to transforming humanity from a consumer species to a restorative one, nurturing both the Earth and our shared future. Health and healing are also at the heart of what I do. My commitment to holistic wellness has led me to pursue specialized training as an AromaTouch and Symphony of the Cells therapist. This allows me to work with high-quality, ethically sourced essential oils, tapping into their incredible healing properties. I’m also passionate about exploring products that enhance our health and well-being. From Clearly Not Coffee to Happy Brain, I love discovering and testing new things. On a personal note, I find joy in life’s simple pleasures— dark chocolate, green tea and a good mocha are my favorite indulgences. Dancing is where I truly express myself; whether it’s the connection of Tango, the freedom of Ecstatic dance, or the depth of Tantric dance, it brings me immense joy and allows me to embody my emotions. I stay fit and balanced with yoga, having explored a variety of styles including Hatha, Yin, Vinyasa, and Kundalini. Yoga keeps me grounded and healthy, providing both strength and serenity. |
